Jay Peak Ski Resort, you will enjoy skiing the way it is meant to be. No crowds, no long ski lift lines. Spend more time on the miles of slopes and less time trying to get there. Jay Peak means great skiing and boasts an annual snowfall average of 357 inches and 30+ powder days., no lift lines with Vermont's only Aerial Tramway (60 Passengers), 2 quad chairs, 1 triple chair, 1 double chair, 2 T-Bars, a 2,153 foot vertical drop, 62 trails (up to 3 miles long), glades and chutes, and 20 kilometers of cross-country skiing!

Hazen's Notch Cross Country Ski Area offers 40 Miles of groomed and marked trails pass through mixed maple, birch and evergreen forest and across gentle, open meadows. There are spectacular views of Hazen’s Notch and numerous peaks over 3,000’ in elevation in the Jay Range and Cold Hollow Range of the Green Mountains which completely encircle the trail system. For Snowboarders, the whole mountain is a snowboard park. 285 trail acres, 100 acres of glades, and extreme face chutes provide the setting for half-pipe and boarder cross events that often take place.

For Vermont Snowmobilers, The VAST Trail now runs directly through our property. There are also Snowmobile rentals nearby.

After a full day of mountain activities, come back to the lodge to luxuriate in our indoor
heated pool and jacuzzi!

We now have a snowmobile trail located right on our property connecting to some of the very best trails, groomed and marked by the Vermont Association of Snow Travelers (VAST).

There are Snowmobile Rentals Nearby.If you are planning a journey on the snowmobile trails stop by for dinner, a drink at the bar, or just to warm up by the sunken fire place.
