An End of an Era Inglenook Lodge is now the home of the North American Hokey Academy, a school for young Hockey Olympians. Svein and Janice along with all the staff want to thank everyone who have been guests at the Inglenook over the past 22 years. We made so many friends and our lives are filled with great memories. The West Bowl development will make Jay Peak Ski Area the second-largest in the state by adding an additional 250 acres on 1,400 vertical feet of terrain. Jay Peak Resort and nearby Hazen's Notch Ski Touring Center offer some enjoyable and challenging cross-country skiing. Jay Peak Ski Resort has just completed it's new 18-hole championship golf course, making this area a true four-season Vermont vacation destination. The new ice skating and hockey arena at Jay Peak was completed in 2010.
